PROCESS AND PRICES. 

IMPORTANT: The prices on this page assume that you are going to have us design your team gear (you want an exclusive FIXGEAR custom design) but there also exists the option to design your own gear using our templates. Here we explain step by step the process of our custom design services. Due to the fact that we offer an artisan service, we work VERY closely with you (the customer) every step of the way and your colaboration and input in the process is key to the success of the process and to your getting the perfect and most suiting gear possible. 

The example on this page is for the design of a technical top but the process is the same or very similar for other types of garments.

Here atwe offer a quality second to none, 100% professional gear . We can sincerely say you have never seen/felt anything like it. Each shirt costs 37 Euros (approx. $41 USD, 32 GBP, etc... the exact price can vary depending on current exchange rates). If you are in the EU and have a VAT number, we don't add VAT to that price but if not, you must also pay VAT. We understand and respect the possibility that this price may not be in your budget in which case it make very little sense to continue as it would be a waste of our time and yours.is not for everybody.

Aside from the cost of the shirts, there are "design and startup" costs which include the custom design, digital templates and size grading and our sizing service through which we size your team by sending you plain black sizing garments in all sizes to assure a perfect fit for each member of your team. Also included are the costs of your sending the sizing garments back to us after sizing the team.

In the EU these costs are 245€ (200 GBP) + VAT if it applies to you. This fee is paid ONE TIME ONLY.

In USA/CANADA, the costs are $340 USD, so a bit more due to our expenses to send you and have you send us back the sizing garments from/to Spain. 

 

NOTE, after this is paid with the first order, on future orders of additional shirts you only pay the cost of the shirts and WE DO NOT IMPOSE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY. This is why our design/startup fees are paid separately. Other manufacturers put these costs into the total price of the order, adding X amt. to each garment to hide the startup costs but you pay them in the end anyway.

Process.

- The customer sends us their logo VECTORIZED (.ai of Adobe Illustrator is preferred but we can work with other formats as well) and any other graphics/ideas they have for the garment. Below we see the URBAN FIT RACE logo that the customer sent us in Adobe Illustrator format.

If you have no logo, we can design one for you at an extra cost. Please contact us about our logo design and/or improvement services. 

THE CUSTOMER PAYS 100€ (approx. $117 USD, 90 GBP, etc... + VAT IF APPLICABLE) AS A DOWN PAYMENT ON THE DESIGN.

- We create an APROXIMATE mockup which is our proposal for the garment. If the customer loves it at first sight, great. If not, the customer suggests changes and we make them and resubmit the mockup for approval. 

IMPORTANT: we usually only work with one or 2 members of the team on the project to avoid major delays due to too many opinions. Too many cooks... Sometimes the process has been drawn out over the course of many months due to too many opinions of team members. It is important that the team be happy with the design but we suggest you vote as a team and go with the majority to avoid unecessary delays.

Here is the mockup submitted to URBAN FIT RACE which they approved on the first try...

- Once the mockup is approved, THE CUSTOMER PAYS THE REMAINDER OF THE DESIGN/STARTUP FEES.

- When we receive that payment, we send the sizing garments to the custmer. We send the full range of sizes from XS through 4XL.

- The team sizes it's members. Normally we allow 1 week for the sizing process. If the customer plans to reunite the team on a certain date, we arrange to have the sizing garments there in time for that date.

- The customer sends us their order, sizes and quantities of each, for example...

XS - 1

L - 5

XL - 3

2XL - 2

THE CUSTOMER PAYS UP FRONT 75% OF THE QUOTED PRICE OF THE ORDER.

- After the 75% payment is received, we design the templates and make the first garment (we call it the prototype).
We send photos of the prototype to the customer for their approval (NORMALLY 6 PHOTOS ARE SENT, EACH AT A DIFFERENT ANGLE ROTATING THE GARMENT). If you are kind enough (optional), we ask that you share the photos on your social networks, tagging us and we share the publication on our social media, Facebook for example as we have nearly 13.000 faithful fans.

As you can see, the real garment is even more impressive than the mockup below. 




- Once the customer approves the prototype, we manufacture the rest of the order. The manufacturing and sending of the order usually takes 4-6 weeks APROX. depending on the size of the order. We do not provide exact delivery dates due to the fact that customs can come into play. 

 

- When the order is completed, THE CUSTOMER PAYS THE REMAINING 25% OF THE ORDER QUOTE PLUS the additional cost of delivery to them. The cost of delivery of the final order depends on the size of the order and desired delivery method (private courier OR postal service).

For example, the cost of delivery of 20 shirts...

- to EU  would cost 30 Euros (27 GBP).
- to USA/CANADA  would cost 35 Euros ($41 USD).

REVIEW OF COSTS.

* Design/Startup = 245€ (APPROX. $290 USD, 200 GBP + VAT if applicable).

* Shirts = 37€ (APPROX. $41 USD, 32 GBP + VAT if applicable). This is the price of our long or short sleeve technical top. If you are interested in other types of garments, please contact us for prices. 

Example of a 20 technical top order...
Design/Startup = 245€ / $290 USD / 200 GBP + VAT if applicable.
Garments = 740€ / $815 USD / 625 GBP + VAT if applicable (20 garments X cost of each piece).

SUB-TOTAL - 985€ / $1,078 USD / 826 GBP + VAT if applicable.

PLUS DELIVERY OF THE FINAL ORDER...
- to EU  =  30 Euros (27 GBP).
- to USA/CANADA  = 35 Euros ($41 USD).
