Delivery.

In most cases, orders are sent out TWO (2) business days from receipt of payment. You can choose your desired delivery method upon checking out of our web shop.

 

Spain/Portugal delivery options. "Business days" are Monday through Friday EXCLUDING Spanish holidays.

      

DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME/PLACE OF BUSINESS/ETC...

MRW Courier (Pack 19): 1 business day. Delivery takes place the day after we send your order. For example, if we ship on a Monday, it will be delivered on Tuesday before 7pm. If we ship on a Friday, delivery will be made the following Monday by 7pm.

Exchanges & Returns.

You may return yourFIXGEARgarment in the following cases...

 

  1. If you are not happy with the quality of yourFIXGEARgarment we will be happy to take it back and give you a full refund (excluding the delivery). For more information on this, please see our  MONEY BACK GUARANTEE HERE.

  2. You chose the wrong size. Due to the fact that our SIZING CHARTS are very precise, in the even the size you chose does not fit you, you may exchange the garment for another size or but you will be responsible for paying the fee for the exchange so please consult our SIZING CHARTS before you order. IMPORTANT: any size exchanges need to be notified via e-mail, phone/whatsapp (tel.: 656266844) or our GARMENT EXCHANGE SERVICE HERE within 7 days of having recieved the order.

    NOTE:  In the event you wish to exchange your garment for a different size, we offer a a special "PRODUCT EXCHANGE" service via which we send a courier to pick up the garment to be exchanged and deliver the new one at the same time. You only pay 8€ total for this service. PLEASE CLICK HERE TO ACCESS OUR PRODUCT EXCHANGE SERVICE.

  3. YourFIXGEARgarment is defective. Since we thoroughly check the quality of all garments prior to shipping, we have the final word on manufacturing defects. If your garment is indeed defective, we will refund your money or provide you a new one totally free of charge.
