2. You chose the wrong size. Due to the fact that our SIZING CHARTS are very precise, in the even the size you chose does not fit you, you may exchange the garment for another size or but you will be responsible for paying the fee for the exchange so please consult our SIZING CHARTS before you order. IMPORTANT: any size exchanges need to be notified via e-mail, phone/whatsapp (tel.: 656266844) or our GARMENT EXCHANGE SERVICE HERE within 7 days of having recieved the order.

   NOTE:  In the event you wish to exchange your garment for a different size, we offer a a special "PRODUCT EXCHANGE" service via which we send a courier to pick up the garment to be exchanged and deliver the new one at the same time. 3. Yourgarment is defective. Since we thoroughly check the quality of all garments prior to shipping, we have the final word on manufacturing defects. If your garment is indeed defective, we will refund your money or provide you a new one totally free of charge.
